Tried to tax the Noble on Saturday at two post offices, neither could do it as the vehicle had been SORNed. Been told we have to go to our local DVLA office!
Anybody else had this problem, apparently the Post Office computer thats linked to DVLA has no record of our car, or any Noble.
Bank holiday ruined due to bloody DVLA computers!

was it SORN'd using the reminder? I had issues with mine when this was done, had to have the logbook to tax it,

Eventually got it taxed at the DVLA office, been told we will have to tax it there in the future, no explanation as to why, in fact the bloke was a bit snotty to my missus..................

Sounds odd to me. I've always done both mine online since they introduced it; only had a problem once and it came up and said they had no record of my insurance, even though I had the policy in my hand. Other than that one time it's always worked very well ( but then I've not had it SORN'd of course ).

I'd email the DVLA and ask them what the problem is.
