replace bulbs in gauges?

anyone ever had to replace the bulbs in round the back of the dash gauges?

I have one out, anyone know what way to attack this?

they are just a normal bulbholder and bulb, just put your hand under, twist and pull.

i,ve just done this on my wifes Z3m roadster dead easy twist and turn to get bulb holder out of guage then refitt ....also BMW quoted £200 to do job !!!!
