from empty on the gauge to full I get about 40 litres in, which is about 200 miles. I'm always tempted to carry on for another 70 miles but always end up stopping. I'm not sure if the pick up is at the bottom of the tank.

40 is about right from empty to full on the gauge, however I understand that there is still another 15 ltrs available once the gauge reads empty. This was to prevent fuel starvation on track I think!

I too thought they were 60litres however the guage is set up to read empty at about 1/4 tank. Think this was in an effort to stop fuel starvation at the track.
I've still got the paperwork from Noble somewhere that says you should never run on less than 1/4 tank for this reason.

60 litres, early cars read empty at empty, later cars read empty at 20 litres.

Yeah I only ever get 40 litres in from "empty" but mine also says "never let it get below 1/4 full in the manual"

Most I've managed to fit in at the pumps is 43 litres. But I think that was probably more like 42 as I ended up with about a litre on my shoe rolleyes
