Hi Fi Remote Control

Not that I can hear myself speak, never mind the hi-fi in my 3R.....mine doesn't have the remote control - either steering column mounted or free standing - is this normal????.....and where might I get one please?

Assuming you have the standard Sony stereo, the manual says it's an RM-X114 ( looks like a credit card (ish) size thing ).
