I have a Roush on a GTO3. I've done 15K miles on it and it is now too loud to live with.
I have vibration and a heck of a lot of in car resonance at tick over.
So it sounds like it needs re-packing. I also have a terrible rattle/knocking when the car is hot. Nothing is touching the chassis and all pipes etc have been checked. Could it be a baffle?

So has anyone else had a Roush exhaust re-packed or replaced?

I'm sure they have a lifetime warranty on them. Well I've got a piece of paper with mine that says that.

Andy, if that's what it turns out to be, I'd suggest you contact and get this carried out by Revolve (formally Roush) as performing this may invalidate your warranty as I too thought it was valid for life.
