car show - chelmsford this sunday

chaps, just a reminder that this sunday is a large event sponsored by heart radio at Hylands House, Chelmsford, Essex. from the looks of it there are all sorts of cars on display, caterhams, subarus, porsches, tvr's, mg's, aston martins, lambos and only 1 noble !! its on 10-4pm and there's a band, real ale tent and other things going on as well. should be a good event.

Having spent stupid amounts of time cleaning and polishing the Nob, including the engine bay (Arty will be pleased !!) I hope i put the other vehicles to shame !

I was hoping to be at this but as a FREE trip to Rome, with expenses came up never got there,

My Dad did attend tho and was on the jag stand with his silver C type. Also have seen pics with 2 Nobles in attendance. Hope the scooby guys were hospitable (sp)

the event was really good, apparently 600 cars on show, american muscle cars,lambos, fezzas, classics, caterhams, scoobys,jags, hot rods. All sorts. i reckon next year will be better if they can tweak it a bit.

Only 2 nobs, but they both got lots of attention - we should get a larger group together for next year.

Are the 'Le Mans Classic 2010' stickers on the blue car available from somewhere?

I had the stickers done for a group of us going to Le Mans Classic this year by a company that do all my commercial property agency boards called Libra Signs Ltd. You need to speak to a guy called 'chalky', he can probably sort whatever stickers you want, and can be contacted on 01277 841944. mention my name - Mike at Kemsley - and tell him what you want, I'm sure he can help you out, shouldnt charge you too much.

the chequered flag logo was designed by another guy in the group. i just emailed it to chalky and he did the rest.
