Hey everyone!!

I have just bought A GTO 3R and had a question,

Why when you look at other 3R's do they sometimes have diffrent exhaust tips?

Mine are oval and some are oval with a flat top to them?

I'm picking up the car today so its all a rather good day for me

Thanks
Jonny

Hellooo all,

Yes you are right i was originally getting the 2.5 M12, Although at the last minute i had a quick turnaround on a good deal with a Black Noble M12 GTO 3R with Black alloys..

I picked the car up on Friday and im truly sooo pleased with it!!! I cant believe how much attention the car gets, already had people videoing the car as i drive along and i parked the car up and came back to 3 people having there pictures taken by it smile

As for the stock exhaust i love the sound!! I must say i do much prefer the oval thicker chrome tips as to the flat topped roush exhaust but thats my opinion,

I have tried attaching some pictures so hope all comes out well!!

Many thanks for your welcomes,

Jon

Also the Noble got a bit dusty at the weekend so decided to wash and polish with one coat of super resign smile

And after polishing they body work i gave the exhaust tips some metal polish :P

The reason people have gone for the other exhausts is not the looks but the fact that there is a potentials +40 BHP to be had. You can get the end bits to look however you want as the exhaust can be made to your spec. smile

mgbond: Do you remember me? I'm the guy you kind enough gave your mobile number to ask any questions I had about the 2.5 Noble I almost bought? And you warned me off it as it did not have any record of the ECU upgrade,

Well after your advice I went ahead with the 3R!! biggrin

So many thanks for your help im truly happy with the descion made!

As to the exhaust im happy with the stock for now, but if anyone has any suggestions on how to get that sound when the Noble is cold, 'The hollow high pitched noise that echo's off everything!!' please let me know,

Cheers
Jonny

Trying to find out more info on an Exhaust for the 2.5 - giving up on putting the 3r one onto mine and looking at just doing it right! smile
