Car Electrician

Has anyone used/know of a car electrician who can look at a faulty Noble? Car won't start, alarm goes off intermittently and there's a constant buzzing by the steering wheel like one of the guages is shorting

Was hoping for someone mobile as the car wont start but worst case scenario I will give him a shout. Thanks!

Sounds like a very knackered battery I.E voltage to low to support any electrical/electronic devices

Well he has his uses at times but not very often
