Just to double check, you have fuel pump and exhaust upgrade so far?

To achieve more power you can upgrade the following, intercooler, turbo's, injectors. There are more but i would try these first.

yep all the bits mentioned are done and was thinking does it make sense to start with the actuators and then larger intercooler and the order of which to do the uprades without having to get the car mapped each time as have read somewhere on the forum the bigger intercooler alone doesent gain allot not looking to try to make huge gains but whats involved with getting to around the 350ish and not over stressing the engine and box

It is definately best to do them all at one so as to get covered by a single remap.

The intercooler alone will not take you to the power you want, i would upgrade turbos at the same time, you may not have to upgrade injectors.

My 2.5 has 1bar boost exhaust pump and thats it. 372bhp.

Just about to do valve springs just to be safe.

0.7 bar is std. I still have the std intercooler. my turbos have just been refurbed but I was about 330-340 before the exhaust with the original turbos.

so just to clarify can the boost be adjusted when the car is mapped or do i need to go down the route of having the turbos refurbed and different actuators fitted . also did you use universal turbos and what sort of cost me looking sorry if i sound a bit lost but im a plumber by trade and dont want to go down the route of chucking away cash on needless bits to go a bit quicker

All done in the map. might also be worth changing the valve springs to stop any possibility of valve float.

Turbo refurb cost me 1100 from universal.

Also selling some almost brand new modded T28 and thinking about selling my high flow dual exhaust with high flow cats.
