There's an article about the M12 Mk II in this weeks Winding Road Weekly 65. I don't know how to create a link to this e-mag but if you google 'Winding Road Weekly 65' it takes you straight there. Not a great deal of detail but seems like they consider it to be an improvement on the M400.
