Good work Steve, what are you having to bore the block to again?

Have you had anything done to the inlet manifold?

Looks like we are both gonna have a race to be finished first as we are up to the same point. lol

Not taking mine quite as far. My pistons have been made to fit a bore of 82.65, enough to get rid of the bore marks smile

Last time I had my headgasket done I had my manifold sprayed the colour of the car smile

When does it start going back together?

Will be picking up all my balanced parts next week and then a quick vist to the bore guy so he can hone the bore to match the pistons then it all goes back together smile

you may beat me on build time as iv got to sort out gearbox having new wiring
loom fitted plus got to take new turbos to be matched with exhaust manifold
new pipe work water and fuel
putting springs and dampers back which ive cleaned and sprayed up

does your intercooler fit sraight on?

anyway i think we are going to have two very sorted nobles with plenty of torque
just take it easy on the boost, hoping to run no more than 1 bar on full boost
with about .7 on normal driving

Yeah I agree, I've specked my pistons to +2bar and only intend to run 1 but maybe over time push to a max of 1.2 but not for some time though. At the mo I'm only looking to break the 400 mark. smile
