Hi mate lots of options on exhaust's , rousch is the most expensive and the noiseist , leon is very very good at allunox but i think is 2k m i used Hayward and scott for mine , they do a complete system less manifold for about £1200 or so , they also do a system where you keep your down pipes and cut them to suit this is what i use which cost £800 ,but i don,t have any cats are yours ok ? there are some guys up north who do a nice system but the name escapes me at the moment !!!
Hayward and scott are in basildon which is probably pretty good for you , speak to Ian for details .

you can get a basic exhaust for less than 1k, but if you need new cats that will nearly double the cost so worth knowing if you need new ones.
2k for the entire system including cats is a good price, there are more expensive and some that are less expensive but bear in mind good quality cats tend to cost and don't fit a full system that doesn't have flexis in them no matter how much they try to convince you that they are not needed.

dont think M27 casting on the inlet tells you the spec of the turbo... my completely std turbos had the same casting number, but then std T25 turbos are almost completely lag free
You wont know if the cats are ok until you take it off... unless of cause you are stuggling to get through MoT's which is why I changed... I was orginaly going to get the H&S full exhaust but they wouldnt fit flexis so I went elsewere, they said you don't need them but its not a view I share, on the twin turbo application I think its a must have if your going the expense of a full system.
Like lots of people I have my own person I recomendation for exhausts, not the cheapest but only slighty more expensive than the cheaper systems and very high up the scale of quality, he makes it bespoke for the car though so he would need the car.

i think you are looking at the range 1-1.5k (fully fitted) depending on what you want. i went all the way with race cats etc. if you ring Dave at Urban he is very helpful.
like others he will need the car as all Nobles are different and he is too job proud to let it be anything other than perfect.
cheers

Paul,
poorly, I dont know toto much about the turbos being fitted to my car. Mike T at Area52 is all over that. i am led to believe it should not feel too much like a turbo car (also helped by the cam grind they have done).
cheers

hi james regardless of what anyone else on here does ref turbos all i can tell you is my car has same turbo units on as yours and was very sucsesful in the 750 motor club series racing and held its own in the gt cup so i feel mike is making you a good choice off what little experiance i have in these matters regards paul

good good. appreciate the comments. what races did you do in the 750MC, thats where i race my MR2. the gt cup looks good.
sorry, not stealing the thread on exhausts ;-)
Cheers
hi james again the car raced in 2006 and 2007 by mike gardiner and in gt cup by same person again so its cridentials are 2nd to none so ive been told mike then moved on to a dodge viper to continue his sucsess [ sorry to deviate from exhausts ] bacxk to exhaust thread its decatted and modded in silencer but dont know what done fully but it seems to works
Think I was one of the first to have the Urban Racing exhaust system, so far its been faultless (kiss of death). Site is www.urban-racing.co.uk speak to Dave, sure he could make a self-fit system the same as others have fitted, this has to be the most cost effective way.HTH

Hi andygt
if you don't mind me asking how much does your man charge for a new exhaust system fitted ? and how loud is it ? I heard some after market exhausts are too loud for some tracks .
Thanks
