I would have to agree with Tuxman, if going out in this weather and not used to this kind of car take it easy with the right foot!! Speaking from experience hedges and kerbs come at a rate of knots if you get it wrong! (And the odd corner at Spa)
Most of all enjoy it!

Not sure, what they all potential failures waiting to happen?
My first job is to sort out the water coming in through the floor.
I was going to ask where the best place is to get a cheap front splitter mines never had one fitted.

Hi simon, thanks for the advice i'm taking it very easy at the mo apart from the occational sides ways drift 
had a couple of m3's so used to the rear wheel drives, can't believe how well it handles not very good in the snow though!!

Can you advise to where I can get the porsche hub nuts from and the pipework to the fuel pump? Are you talking braided hoses?

you can get the porsche hub nuts from Porsche or somehere like west tuning
i think the part number is on here somewhere
I suggest you remove the rear ns wheel cover and take a look at the pipework and go and buy some pipework with formed bends from a hydraulic/plumbing company
the wiring to the fuel pump and a track day sump are very important if you are going to push the engine hard
