How loud are the standard GTO 3 exhaust,

Evening Gentlemen,
Having recently purchased a GT0 3 (all standard apart from track sump and Quaiffe gearset including Diff),i was just wondering how loud are the standard GTO 3 exhausts, as i am planning some track days this year?

Not sure what the db readings are for the standard exhaust but they'll be fine.

Yes std exhaust will easily get you on track. Just a note: Its only the Diff thats Quaife

I'm doing a 98db track day at Goodwood soon, and knowing they are strict on noise, I called in a few weeks ago and had mine checked.

It measured 95db from one outlet and 97db on the other, even though both pipes come out of the same standard box.

Thats excellent news, i have manged to get a noise meter just to be on the safe side.
As to the Quaiffe query, i have Quaiffe close ratio gearsets in the 5 speed box.
Top end is meant to be down, but it pulls like a bat out of hell. I know a song that goe's like that......
Hopefully if i can get on track i might find out what the top end is!!!!!
