Power Run this Friday, what should I expect.

Hi all, had the car a few months now its been awsome, took a mate from work for a spin last Friday, told me he had to wear a neck brace over weekend (Porsche driver) despite my warnings I don't think he was quite prepared for first run through the gears at WOT, I must admit he did look a bit uncomfortable when I went around a round-a-bout at ~45mph with his face pressed against the passenger window, with dribble coming out the side of his mouth however, I thought I'd use my Friday afternoon off by using the local facilities i.e. TCS Performance, Birchanger, Essex and see what my M400 is doing, sounds reasonable at £35 for power run and print out.

The questions are a)what should I expect to see in the way of Bhp ? etc...Totally standard M400 2005 ~11k miles and b) other than oil, coolant etc..is there any prep I should do before I do the run ?

If comp std then I would expect about 390?

Do the run with the rear clip off , you must control intake temps if you let them get too high you will loose power , anything over 380 is a good one :-)

Tom at TCS is a good guy, he actually sets up historic F1 cars from time to time

i have seen them make anywhere between 350 and 410 if you get over 370 you have done well imho

Thanks for all the advise however, didn't happen today, Tom was overrunning on Astra VXR (I think the owner said he was hoping to get about 280-300bhp !, sounded pretty lively on RR). I only live 10 mins away so went home, will probably go back next Friday. Seem like nice fellas at TCS even got a cup of coffee while I was waiting.
