Have got no power to anything!!

The battery has power, but from there nothing! No alarm central locking or alike. Is it just a fuse? And where would it live?

Main fuse next to ecu?

Depending on car, either main fuse in the engine bay or the 60As in the passenger footwell.

Or, you sure your negative feed wires from the battery haven't come adrift at the other end?
