Big block Capri!
Discussion
Thought this might interest some of you who like making things fit where they're not supposed to! (no wonder your missus has a strange walk!)
This is a mates 86 Capri that now has a 7 litre 429 lump in it and nitrous. The turbos are coming later! His use of the English language is appalling, but he does know how to engineer things. If anyone needs anything fabricating in aluminium, he's quite handy.
Anyway, the pictures on the forum aren't in the right order, but you'll get the gist.

I don't think I'll be going in it though.

Tell your mate to fit a propper engine (BBC) !!!!!
Only joking, can't see the pics on works internet so will have to have a look when i get home. Any reason he went ofr a big block if he is only after 7ltr? I thought you could push a SBF to well over that (the SBC can)!
Chris.
He tells me he's already working on a second big block to go in at a later date. Said something about 9 litres or something insane!

Thats a bit more like it!
The BBC guys can push over 11 ltr with tall desk blocks. be intresting to see how much power it can make when twin turboed. Dose he plan on running blow through carbs or EFI? Chris.

Again, I don't know for sure , but I believe it will be a carb. He's just picked up one that he's been after for a couple of years at a Yank parts fair.
