It's that time of the year again... Im currently with admiral who have offered £800 renewal which is a very good price the nearest to that was £1200 odd. Im thinking of a few track days over the summer. Can anyone recommend a specilist insurance company that covers road and a few track days please.

How much is a one day track insurance cover for a noble?

Oh and im under 25 which doesnt help the wallet!

Hello, Adrian flux has a track day policy if you have your road insurance with us too. The track day cover we do is on a pay per day basis. You have to be at least 23. If you want a quote you can either PM me or call 08007 831392.

And if Flux offer to put you on to someone else ( their 'specialist partner' or whatever term they use ) as they can't insure you, don't, whatever you do, agree to it. Unless you want to be harassed, pestered, continually called by some company who wont take no for an answer that is.

Call connect. Nightmare, they just ask you all the same questions and tell you know again. A wonderful way to lose 15 mins of your life for no reason.

Let me know the outcome of this. How old are you? I'm 24 and i'm pretty happy with what I've got but some trackday cover would be nice I suppose.

That's the thing. I remember posting about it on here and someone coming on and explaining how it works; i.e. they sell you name on to the highest bidder and as a result they wont leave you alone. I'd never touch an insurance company that uses that ever again.

This is it, the chisslers:

I use Pace Ward.

They are the insurance company of choice to the Mitsubishi Lancer Register.
They taylor the policy to your requirements and insure your modifications on a like for like basis and offer uk track days at 65 pounds, european at 75 pounds as a one day track extension to your road policy.
They do need some history of having had some experience in fastish cars though.
They have a good history with claims as well.

ive just swapped from an admiral multicar policy (no track cover) to competition car insurance who were very cheap £340 including 5 track days and various other bits. I thought it seemed a good service.
