Tie Rod Ends M 400 ?

Hi Folks,
Just wondering if anybody knows the Part # (Ford/Delphi ??) for the tie rod ends
on the M 400 ? Also would like to replace it possibly with a different type,
non sealed greasable Units.
Any help hint would be appreciated.
