Oil Filter and sump plug washer? Part No's please

Can anyone confirm the correct p/n's for the oil filter and sump plug washer. Is the correct oil filter a Motorcraft FL-820S ???
Iv just taken the under-tray off to replace the oil return hose on the 3R so maybe a good time to change the oil/filter whilst its off.

Just looking in the FAQ Sump Plug (2002 M12 GTO) (Ford) Part no 3051079 (12mm) £4.44 incl VAT. ant ideawhat its off? It seems most if not all? plugs are 14MM x1.5mm

just ring you local ford dealer and give them the part number, i did that a month or so back and it was the right one.
