It was discussed on this forum a while back. Not sure there were any conclusions about who it was, but the guys were trying to work out how he lost control.

Yes, he blamed his brakes for a crash caused by too much right foot

He gave it a bit too much coming out and lost the back end, it could have been saved but judging by the way the car rocked due to weight shifting he must have let off the accelerator.
