First time with the new camera and I had the exposure on the wrong one of the two settings but if you make the movie full screen and then select the 1080p at the bottom right the quality isnt too bad.

Ive got about 20 minutes of video on track to go through so I'll have an edit and put some of the best bits together.

Love the flames Simon, does it not blister the paint on the clam? And what cam is it recorded on?

Hi Paul, it's a new cam I was trying for the first time and I had the exposure setting on the wrong one so it looks a little dark. I tried it out yesterday with the other setting and the results are superb.
I've been researching cams for quite a while and it always came back to the same one: GoPro Hero HD.

Hi Matty I've got the same camera, seems to best results at 720p (my pc is a bit old and struggles to handle 1080p) great footage though.
I will be taking it to silverstone.

I have the hero cam (not the HD one as it wasn't out when I got mine). Its a good bit of kit. I use it on the outside of the car for rear footage and made a bracket to hold a forward facing solid state camera for the front vids

Got to get one of those cameras for silverstone !!

Matty has managed to work out from the video that our best laps were in the 2min15 sec time !! Not bad when you consider the touring cars lap in about 2 mins or so !!!

Gadge, Yeah I believe it was, There was some good flames coming out the back of it anyway.
I'm running just over 500 so it must have had something going on as there wasn't a lot between us on the straights......Mine has a distinct weight disadvantage though ... as I'm in it
