Parts help please

Looks like I have a bit of a leak from the power steering rad and I need a new handbreak cable.

Can anyone help with alternatives etc.

Just found out that cable required is just for drivers side to what I can only assume is a splitter block?

Cable was expensive it around £70 and cooler rad was around £100
