Untethered Wall Box

I have a Model 3 coming soon, and like the look of the Simpson&Partners untethered wall box.

Will the Tesla come with the lead for this?

Then their tech specs show it comes with a type 2 connection so should be fine.

I will say, an untethered box is a pain and you will quickly get bored of getting cables in and out of the car all the time, much easier to get back and just plug in.

It's a personal choice, but we prefer the simplicity of a discreet wall box to that of a tethered cable.

2 1/2 years in, we would still go for the untethered type.
