After 3 yrs of being a faithful and used Tesla Y, I’ve just had a call from OH, saying it has thrown a myriad of errors at her

:

Internet backs up :

https://www.getamber.com/blog/top-10-tesla-drivabi...

https://www.tesla.com/ownersmanual/modely/en_au/GU...

But I can’t find much or anything on healthy (non salvage / damage / modded) cars with this and / or what happened next to repair.
The Car is SS through OctopusEV, and so the Driverline / RAC have been called but this sounds a very much a Tesla Ctrl+Alt+Delete nd a 12v battery pack matter

Anyone got any thoughts or experience here?

In case anyone looks this up in future - apparently a front motor drive issue “we’ve had a few”
Could take a week for parts and more to fit

BUT - all through the Tesla app, and a courtesy car (MY 2025) for as long as it takes with free supercharging / tolls.

Can’t fault the affable customer service

Thanks for the update, PD. Glad to hear you're also getting a good customer experience, given some of the horror stories!

App messaging me - they have the part, on it now and should be fixed and returned to us before Wednesday.
Happy with that, a week earlier than suggested.

It'd be interesting to get your MY25 thoughts over in the Model Y thread, once your tenure is complete.
