Seat extensions?

I’m sure like a lot of people I don’t find the seats in my 3 very comfortable, it’s not long enough and gives me thigh and back pain after a hour regardless of how I’ve got the seat set

I’ve seen you can get extending clip in seat bases, but not sure what to go for, any recommendations of what people are using would be great
