Toyota and apple iplay

Looking at buying a 2019 end of run Kluger Grande, major issue with its infotainment system not being compatible with iphone, does anyone know if an aftermarket system will work?

Wish we could have such new JDM metal here Just a quick google suggests either of these a viable option? Expensive though, but at least there are options - can't do anything in my Crown!
