It does look like "Town Ace" or "Masterace Surf" but the body is quite different... Any idea what is this model and where can I find?

There are quite a few model designations with the 2TZ-FZE, it was quite common, depending on age/spec and 4wd or not:

GF-TCR10W
GF-TCR11W
GF-TCR21W
GF-TCR20W
E-TCR21W
E-TCR20W
E-TCR11W
E-TCR10W

They were built from 94 to 99, all with 160bhp, the model number changed in 98, must have been a facelift

Mid-engine, rear wheel drive, what's not to like!?

I can remember driving one from London to Assisi in Italy (and back) in the mid 90s...comfortable, fun trip...flat out on a stretch of Autobahn during the night, side door open on the Autostrada the next afternoon
