2GR-FE 3.5 V6 Start up Rattle

Looking for a garage that can fix my timing gear/cam phaser issue on my 3.5 V6 Alphard.
Tried two Toyota/Jap places local to me in Southampton but they are not wanting to take on the work.
It has the dreaded start up rattle which occurs briefly before oil pressure builds, normally after its had a run and you get back in after a couple of hrs and start it.
Prepared to travel further afield if its a recommended place.

I've done a general search on Google, and this post suggests that using a different oil specification usually sorts the problem out....

Is it VVT and have you tried removing and cleaning the solenoid and filter? It can cause a rattle if it's getting blocked, as it takes longer to get oil pressure up, and it's easy to do. I'm just about to address this on my Evo, as a matter of routine maintenance.
