I know everybody's experience is different but I just thought I would share mine of Alpine Customer Service

Took my PE for annual service at my closest dealer, Liverpool, and everybody was great. Explained to them my concerns about slight bubbling on rear arches at join to bumper, they agreed with my observations but said that as they have only been an Alpine dealer for about a year their Renault approved bodyshop is not yet approved for Alpine. They advised to deal with Alpine directly and said any issues to get back to them

I filled out the online form on the Alpine website and the next received a call from Anish.

Anish has been superb in his levels of service - polite, efficient, understanding, not condescending and always listens. If he said he would call on a certain day or do something he has and has always kept me informed.

He has arranged for inspection via Manchester, and again the service from Andy Mountford at Manchester has been great - open and honest.

The car is booked in in a few weeks and hopefully everything continues well

Despite some previous negative comments about Alpine on the forum, I can say that they definitely haven't anything like the quality of service I have experienced

Thanks to all involved and well done

I started using Liverpool when they opened as its nearer to me than Manchester, and I have found their service fine.
I also used Manchester for the paint repair on my PE and they did an excellent job although there was quite a wait.

As you say its to easy to focus on negative issues and ignore the positives.

I would, however, welcome the assurance that the fuel pump issue has been dealt with once and for all.

Quite a few negative topics of late, but for balance on having had a great customer experience and some great videos too of trips with enthusiastic owners in Scotland, Going Places 110 is worth a watch.
