Tyres after trackday

I am going to look at a 110 this week. The seller has sent me pics of all four tyres to show wear/condition along with tread depths. He has said the fronts 'have clearly been up to temperature' and is willing to factor that in as part of negotiations.

Looking at the pics, I can see the tyres have picked up rubber off the track but do you think the tyres would be degraded after using them on the track to the point I should factor in the cost of replacements?

Mine had a very obvious scrubbed appearance after a trackday. Took a couple of thousand miles to return to a smooth looking surface, but no ill effects as a result.
