You're not the only one - generally contacting Renault (not Alpine) multimedia customer services via myrenault has achieved an extension of a year to the full service even though they only refer to one of the three elements
Thank you both. Called the number and spoke to someone from the multimedia team who extended my services and said as there isn’t a UK online store there’s no charge.. What a pleasant surprise… should take 72 hours to come through… Baz
