Come August my A110 PE is due a four-year service which I intend to do myself. Everything looks straightforward enough, and it looks like the charge cooler will have to be moved out of the way to get to some of the spark plugs. Before I dive in and start unclipping and unbolting everything: do I need to? Or is there a clever method of temporarily moving the charge cooler out of the way?

Charge cooler is the only faff, and it is a pain, you unbolt and unclip everything that is air and bolts (not coolant). And then lever it up and you can do the 4th cylinder.

Thanks for that! I was indeed hoping to get away with not unclipping the coolant hoses, so good news there.

Still debating whether I want to change coolant (both engine and charge) as well. Seems a bit unnecessary, but me being me, I'll probably end up doing it anyway.
