Thanks to a friend, I've emailed Ferrari and am waiting back for their answer, but I thought I'd ask you guys to get your feedback. My 296 GTB is always plugged in when stored and always set to Long Term Parking Mode. A few questions from the two pictures.

1. Normally, I do not have this little red "no connectivity" (?) symbol. Does anyone else ever see that? First time I've seen it was a couple of days ago.

2. My friend's app shows his car in "Long Term Park Mode" on his app. My app never ever says that even though that is what the car is set to. What do you guys see?

3. My friend's app shows his battery as slightly less than full charged. Mine even in Long Term Park Mode always takes it to 100% and holds it there. Again, what do you guys see in Long Term Park mode with your batteries?

Thanks

That seems odd. Mine shows less than 100% in maintenance mode and I haven't seen that no connectivity symbol. Apologies for stating the obvious and I'm sure you have done it, but I'd first delete and reinstall.

The car is 100 miles away from me, so I'm going to do that when I'm in it. That said, I think tomorrow I'll have my storage guys sit in the car, wake it up, and then start it, see what it does then.

Just do it on your phone. It can't do any harm.
