My Connect service ended on my cars third birthday at the end of April and I decided not to renew any if the services, yet they’ve continued to take £25 per month from my visa account for their charging service. I’ve made several complaints and been assured a refund is on its way but guess what?

Anyone else struggled with their complaints procedure and if so any suggestions. I’ve asked to escalate but so far nothing has changed.

Go straight to notice of action and MCOL.

Make it their problem. Why should you spend time sorting out their incompetence ?
