What is the annual road tax for this car?

It's the higher road tax band, I pay about 60 quid a month

Yes it has the air suspension - so you can choose different ride heights, lower the boot for access etc. It also automatically lowers at speed on the motorway which is quite cool

Also, what is the averga mpg you've seen over the past 5k miles? I see on the video it shows 18mpg.

There's a full spec list in the 'documents' pics - TBH I'm not sure which are standard and which are above base for the S, other than things like extended leather, memory seats, air suspension, 21's etc.

As for mpg whilst I don't have an average over the last 5k miles, 18mpg is pretty standard for around town type driving with lots of stop starting an low speeds. On longer runs inc. motorway driving its normally 26-30mpg again depending on conditions.
