I am out of the country until May4th.
If I buy the car, would you be able to hold it until then or would I have to make alternative arrangements for collection?

Not a problem, I won’t take the reg number off until sold, and it will take a short while for the new V5 to arrive (post permitting)

I have read some conflicting articles about the operation of the manual roof.
Can it be opened and closed from inside the car. Mazda seem to say yes and owners seem to say no🤷‍♂️

Yes, you can open and close from inside,however although closing is no problem, it's best to open from outside. The front edge is very close to the roll hoops when open and some people have found that they rub together. If opened from the outside you can push the roof back and down to kep a bit of a gap. After 4 years with mine I've not had a problem even though I occasionally open from inside if I want to open when in traffic. Hope that helps.

Is there a wind deflector as standard?
Does the air con blow very cold?
Has the been any service since 2019?

There is a small plastic wind deflector supplied as standard, but I have replaced it with the clear deflector shown on the photographs.
The air con blows very cold if you want it, and the heater very hot too.
The car has not been serviced at a main dealer since 2019, but has only covered 900 miles since then, Covid etc interfered with its use and it’s been locked in a nice dry garage since then.
Hope you have a garage to keep it in the condition it is now!
