Looks like a really interesting and well put together car.

Do you know what year Fireblade engine it has?

Do you know what diff it has and if an LSD is fitted?

Regarding any future IVA I'm assuming it doesn't have a catalytic converter for emissions and noise control?

It also looks to have a reversing light so maybe it has a reverse mechanism which is an IVA requirement?

Cheers, Dai

It's a 2012 engine from crashed bike. 1054cc.it had only done a few hundred miles.
Diff is elite racing , it has a reverse lever between seats. Connected to diff. The diff has an lsd , plated type.

Decent engine for this type of car and came as a 999cc from the factory. Has it been over bored to get it to 1054cc?

Also the description and advert likely needs an overhaul is it's in fact a GTR chassis and GTR body and not the later race orientated GT3.

Sorry my mistake it is 999cc. the engine is stock and untouched. It is a GTR , well spotted

In the details it states it has an auto box, is it auto? and if so what brand is it?

No it's the standard box. It has button gear shifters on the steering wheel and is also fitted with a flat shifter which means you keep the gas pedal down and press button to change gear. No clutch needed. Changes gear in milli seconds.

Is there anything we can believe from the advert then?

Hello everyone,

We’d like to clarify that the car was incorrectly described as a Spire GT-3. The car is in fact a Spire GTR. The listing has now been updated accordingly, and we apologise for any confusion this may have caused.

Thank you for your understanding and continued interest in the auction. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.
Best regards,

Dave - PistonHeads Auctions

Thanks for that Dave. I'd just like to add an apology for any genuine mistakes in the info.
The car really is a great thing and loads of fun. I can assure any prospective buyer that it has been built to a very high standard as many people who have seen it have commented on.
Don't let the comments of a few put you off.

Many thanks Keith.

Any inspection is more than welcome.
