I did the BBR 225 conversion on this car 2 days into ownership!

Made a good noise but never quite lived up to the joy I had in my throttle bodied mk1, plus my lockdown impulse buy GR Yaris arrived at a similar time which was a much better all rounder so didn’t keep it long.

Good luck with the sale!

Interested in selling the throttle body kit separately?

Are the original seats still with the car by any chance?

Hi, really nice car but it does seem to have gone through quite a few owners, how long have you had it for?

@identti can you speak to your ownership as well please?

Many thanks both.

Hi, This is Dave, just replying on the sellers behalf.

Appreciate the comment! Great to know the BBR225 conversion was carried out nice and early in its life, and that it’s been enjoyed alongside some very special cars like a throttle-bodied Mk1 and a GR Yaris. Sounds like this MX-5 was more a victim of too many toys than any shortcomings, which is great news for the next owner, who gets to enjoy the full benefit of the upgrade without it having been thrashed or overused.

Best wishes
Dave
