Please advise on the situation regarding the number plates. Given there is no front number plate, and the rear plate is black that is only legal on pre-1980 vehicles, is it simply not compliant? How has this vehicle passed previous MOTs?
front plate was adhesive and on the bonnet, need to get a new one. Alternatively the original front plate is with the car but was mounted on the front lip and i didnt like how it looked
