The Bachevo Theory

I moved to Bulgaria around 18 years ago to a village called Bachevo .Located in the SW ,up in the mountains.
The area is a plateau about 900m altitude surrounded by 3 mountain ranges the Pirin, Rhodope and the Rila Mountains.
When I moved here it was for the winter sports ,Bansko ski resort but also the fact that the Greek coast is nearby
Over the years of spending time in the mountains I began to develop an interest in the history of the location ,I am in ancient Thrace but only a 30 minute drive down out of the mountains takes me into ancient Macedonia .

My intention for this thread is to show some of the mysteries I have found and the research I have gone through to provide what I believe are the answers to these mysteries

This will be an Alien free thread

The snow is finally melting fast , the sun is trying to shine and the temperatures are getting up to 20degs so its time to get out and start filming .

So if you like an epic story that involves Ancient History , Gold ,Alexander the Great , Egypt etc I will be updating this thread regulary over the course of this year.

To start you off here is a Google earth picture of what was one of the first discoveries I found that started this research . The next village to mine is called Godlevo ,The distance from Bachevo 1.5 km










I have named this the Godlevo Gator , and this is where I will begin the story in the next upload
