if BYD made a sporty two-door four-seater coupe, would you buy one?

I'm thinking something along the lines of a stylish, good-looking two-door coupe version of their BYD Seal Excellence/Performance, but a bit lighter, same power (525bhp), 0-100kmh in under 3.8sec?...

I'd 100% be tempted as a daily-hack. I'm surprised BYD or their rivals haven't made a two-door coupe variant yet.

I went in a colleague's brand-new BYD mid-size SUV yesterday (can't remember which variant it is), but I was very impressed with the sports seats in it and the interior fit & finish. Objectively I couldn't fault it at all. If they could apply that to a coupe I'd want one

I certainly would consider it and would drive it before judging it.

I saw an MG IM5 on the road the other day and thought that was a nice looking thing. It possibly meets this brief.

I would have definitely had looked at one. I don't need 4 doors or 4 seats for that matter.
Done a very quick mock up on AI of my Seal as a couple.

i think that looks really good! If they made something like that with 0-100kmh in under 3.8sec and at a price similar to the Seal I'd seriously consider it (in that red or a dark green)
