Several people off this forum have suggested that Furores on the road bear little relation to how they are at Iva testing, the attached pics were taken at Edmonton testing station last week (where it passed incidentally) the only bits causing any problem/concern were emissions & noise, which any bike engined car is likely to struggle with, particularly when mid engined.

If anyone can spot any massive differences to the roadgoing cars I'd love to hear them! There are obviously some choices you can make post IVA with regard to exactly what mirrors/spoilers/exhaust/diffuser you want to fit but you could say that about any car, whether a kit or otherwise!

Looks great well done.

Can't see any rear stop/tail/indicators is it just me?

Like the headlamps, what/where are they from and do they include side, main and high beam as a single unit?

Cheers, Steve cool

If you look at the first pic they are attached to the sides of the rear wing, they are a neat little unit which does side/stop/indicator all in one unit, the front ones look identical but have side & indicator, all in led. The headlamps I sell the combined dip/main projector light for (ebay & furoreproducts webshop) as a bare "chassis" unit & have the fibreglass pods made for us. The idea was that when not in use I wanted the lights to "disappear" ie not be obviously smacking you in the face (the very first car back in 2005 had a set of 7" round traditional chrome lights on for the SVA test - now that DID look odd), but when in use I wanted particularly sides/brake/indicators to be as bright as possible; when you're low to the ground people tend not to see you coming eek (& sometimes you may be approaching at some speed! evil)
The headlights use a single filament H1 bulb & a switching solenoid to flip a shutter inside the unit hence acheiving dip & main within a unit with just 50mm lens dia as opposed to the (dearer) Hella units which have 90mm lenses to do the same job, took me a long time to find them!

Have you changed the styling of the car from your earlier one? The front end seems to be a bit chunkier?

Nice job there Russ, its a shame the www is a breeding ground for doubting thomas's and keyboard warriors, but as they say 'theres nowt as qerr as folk'.
Are you selling those front lights and indicators as a complete package, be interested in them if you were.

@ Jonty355 the front end is available in several guises, this is the new high nose & wider front wing - have to try & move with the times! wink

Paul, yes I can supply the lights, not looking for an advert on here, but drop me an email at russbost at googlemail dot com, let me know exactly what you're looking for & I can sort a price for you.

Would definitely go for the earlier nose then in that case! Not too fond of the latest.
