Any one out there got a bead roller that could put a bead on a 60mm alloy tube? I have 4 to do for my charge cooler install. The 90 bends came with a bead but I am going to have to shorten them.

I am in the North West but would be happy to travel a reasonable distance.

Failing that can any one recommend a place that can do it?

Cheers

Not got one mate but... Have you tried "oyster beading pliers". They put a pip in the pipe but if you work around linking a load of then, I'm told it forms a reasonable bead. Available in the plumbing section of B+Q I think.

Another Homebrew Solution this apparently works quite well, i would suggest that you would need to be careful.
