Ive been looking at a quantum coupe that im intrested in buying will be looking for insurance and was told by the seller it should be around £1300 which is pretty cheap for me at 18.

Its a 1985 coupe with a engine out of a fiesta rs turbo with 150 bhp. Any advice on what i need to look out for when going to view the car and whats the car like to live with every day.

Get an insurance quote first, you may well not get insurance. As a car they are as normal as they come easy for everyday use and handle fine. look for usual things you would on any car.

The Quantum Owners Club have a very good deal with Footman James (as long as you have a clean license). You need to join the club (£20) to get the deal and it will be cheaper if you go for a limited mileage policy
