Exhaust manifold design programmes?

I wonder if anyone can recommend any free online exhaust manifold design programmes which can work out optimum primary, secondary tube length and diameters for any given engine spec?

Cannot see much on the Cobb site!

While the custom car site has some good advice I'd really like to find a program where I can punch in the numbers and get an optimised manifold design for 'my' engine.
