Porsche 550 Spyder replicas - any owners ?

I have recently realised these can be had for "reasonable" money and I love the idea of a light pretty car with decent power.

I have been wondering what are the like to drive compared to modern cars (Elise maybe?) and to live with in terms of servicing, reliablity, etc...?

Hi Chris, used to have one myself for many years, but no more.
Have a post on www.spyderclub.com and someone should give the their advice, a mixture of nationalities on it but a fair few UK owners
