Im currently stripping an MX5 ready for an Exocet build and in the mean time getting in all the parts which i will be needing i.e steering wheel, brake discs, seats etc etc but struggling with the lighting (front and rear). Ive looked through ebay but unsure as to what is actually road legal, an example would be projector lights for a motorbike, they look the part but can they be used on a car? . Im also not really finding the type i want, i dont know what type i want actually just havent found anything yet that tickles my pickle. Has anybody got any ideas or know of any suppliers of nice looking, functional road lrgal lights?

I however am affiliated to the latter of the 2 sites linked above! wink

The "housed" projector style lights are completely road legal & E marked, as are most of our other lights(tho' the only light that actually needs to be E marked for IVA is the rear fog light), we have had several sets thro' IVA without a problem, although some testers have pulled the housed units up on a "sharp edge" at the front of the unit (I'd love to see someone try & cut themselves on it!) which is just under the radius requirements, but can easily be covered with adhesive plastic or rubber.

If there are any other Q's I can help with on the lighting just drop me a PM or email russbost at googlemail dot com happy to help if I can.
