Best material and source for dashboard

I need to get a new dashboard mad eup for my MK Indy R. Mine is custom so I can't use any stock items.

Currently in aluminium but I'm wondering if I sould go for carbon fibre, fibreglass or something else and if anyone had any ideas please?

Reason for the change is changes of instruments and bubbling in the paint in the current one.

Car build solutions do a blank 7 style dash, I think Rally design do or did one too. Both are located in Kent.
