From the little info on here it looks like a Seven type car based on the Locost/Locust/Robin Hood type chassis with Ford engine and suspension. No recognisable branded parts I can see
I do not see any bodywork as such. It is total scrap IMO. Not worth much at all
the front supsension looks like rocker-arms with inboard shocks. those square rocker arms are typical for a forumla27...or its a homemade chassis...
anyway..no v5, never registered, and finally a lot of rust...scrap it!!!
its a shame for the seller (and indicates a lot to me) that he is even too lazy to remove all the rubbish on top of the chassis, do some nice pictures to present the chassis as best as possible (and automatically increase the chance of getting a good price for it).

Looks suspiciously like the CKC Project X build after this forum has had a go at helping designing and building it.

Clearly a undiscovered wit!
I am very hopeful that the CKC design will be a one hand, one man effort.
Italo is the man for it, I think and I am looking forward to a really different approach.
We need a new, radical design in Kit cars lets hope we get one!
PLEASE, no more seven clones, my Twin Cam Lotus of 1963 is still the best kit car I have ever owned. In 40 years!!
The industry needs to move on.
